  • Create your private workspace, add your first artworks to your inventory, and invite anyone you work with. Our step-by-step guides walk you through each stage — from cataloging to invoicing.

  • Vasary runs on any device — iOS, Android, and any modern web browser — so you can manage your collection from the studio, an art fair, or your phone.

  • Yes. Your workspace is private by design — visible only to you and the people you explicitly authorize. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated with row-level security, and protected by optional two-factor authentication.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

  • You retain full ownership of everything you upload. You can request an export of your data in a standard format at any time, and cancel from your account settings whenever you choose.

  • Share a single work — or a whole portfolio — with one chosen person through a private link. Protect it with a password, an expiry date, and a limit on how many times it can be opened, and revoke access anytime.

  • Email us at info@vasary.co and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You can also request data access, correction, deletion, or export through the same address.
